GDP@Pharmacy Configuration

6. Configuration

Configuration consist of three pages, Monitor Set, Alarm profile and Sensor configuration.

Monitor Set page

After selecting the monitor set (select row in a table) a monitor set can be configured. For each monitor set the following can be configured by the user:

  • Location: place where the monitor set of sensors is used
  • Email: e-mail address where reports and alarm for this set are sent to (automatically). More addresses can be entered, when separate with a ,
  • Contact: contact person for this monitor set. E-mails will be addressed to this person
  • Mobile phone: two SMS numbers were alarms are sent to. When the SMS fields are blank, no SMS is sent. It is not required to add the second mobile number. The mobile phone number should be entered with country code and without trailing zeros: e.g. 31655785037.

The following settings are used for the basic alarm profiles

  • Tmax: the maximum temperature of storage range in degrees Celsius
  • Tmin: the minimum temperature of storage range in degrees Celsius
  • Max delay: the delay in minutes. The temperature must first exceed Tmax with the Max delay time before an alarm e-mail and SMS is send.
  • Min delay: the delay in minutes. The temperature must first fall below Tmin with the Min delay time before an alarm e-mail and SMS is send.
  • Upper/Lower Check: flag indicating if an extra alarm check is required based on Tupper and Tlower
  • Tupper: When this temperature (above Tmax) is reached, direct and alarm e-mail and SMS is send.
  • Tlower: When this temperature (below Tmin) is reached, direct and alarm e-mail and SMS is send.
  • SMS alarm: flag indicating if SMS alarm is sent when alarm event occurs
  • SMS alarm off: flag indicating if SMS message is sent when alarm situation is ended.
  • Home Check: flag indicating if warning e-mail is sent when the sensor is not read out live by the assigned home gateway.
  • Missing Check: flag indicating if warning e-mail is sent when the sensor is not read out by any gateway or gateway app during missing timeout minutes (missing timeout is configured in alarm profile)

Sensor page

A sensor is linked to a monitor set and an alarm profile on this page.

The sensor number and sensor set are fixed and preconfigured by AntTail. In the Sensor Configuration page the user can configure the other sensor properties.

  • Sensor name: a user-friendly name can be coupled to the sensor ID.
  • Sensor location: a user-friendly description of the location of the sensor can be added.
  • Alarm profile: for each sensor a different alarm profile can be selected. When a profile is selected, the alarm parameters for this profile are shown.
